The Mansion restaurant remains, there is also a Chinese place and the Sushi Factory for japanese-- very good. The Fandango is now La Playita, with great food and service to mini-cabanas on the beach

the hospital vicente Guerrero, ( in acapulco)- something very shady is going on, my friends son and his girlfriend are going through hell with that freakin hospital. his girlfriend and him , went to that hospital because she was in labor, but a female doctor or assistant who helped deliver the baby boy, she is claiming there was no baby, then they sedated her and now there is no baby. they got rid of the baby or they sold the baby but the bottom line is that this doctor got rid of the baby and got rid of every trace of evidence of this birth.and let me add she claims that she came in for a operation because she had a tumor. hello, she had the papers of the check up from a different doctorthat checked her in october. and not only did they cover this up but they removed a kidney or something inside her body that shouldnt have removed.this is horrible. right now they hired a lwayer, but more needs to be done, please if you read this, send this info the the acapulco press. this hospital needs to pay for what they are doing.

The Sanborns restaurant is a great place to eat, especially for families. Clean, well-kept, delicious food (American and Mexican), attentive service, and a lovely panoramic view of the ocean make this a favorite spot for locals and tourists alike.

These condos are private residences. There is a steak house La Mansion, on the ground floor facing the Costera. Also next door on the beach is the Fandango restaurant.
